Contact

The first step is a phone call, not a commitment.

Send a message, book a free 15-minute call, or pick up the phone. None of it commits you to anything, and you do not need the right words to start.

If you need help right now

This form is only checked during office hours, so if you need support today, use one of these instead. They are free, staffed around the clock, and using them is a reasonable thing to do.

Tell me a little about what you are looking for. A few lines are enough.

    What happens next

From first call to ongoing care.

    01

    We talk for fifteen minutes

You tell me what has been going on and what you want to change. I answer your questions about how I work, insurance and fees. No charge, no pressure.

    02

    A short screening

New patients complete a brief screening before the first full appointment, so we can spend that hour on you rather than on forms.

    03

    Your first full appointment

Your first appointment runs 45 to 60 minutes, online. We go through your history, your health and what you have already tried, then agree on a plan you actually want to follow.

    04

    Ongoing care, in one place

Therapy and medication happen in the same appointment, with the same doctor. We meet as often as your care calls for, and we adjust the plan as things change.

    A note on privacy

Email and web forms are convenient, but they are not fully secure, so please keep your health history out of this message. Once we are in touch, there is a private, HIPAA-compliant place for all of it.

Sending this form does not create a physician–patient relationship and does not establish care. Read the privacy notice and disclaimer.
